What is C.L.E.A.R.?
Unlike credit monitoring and other identity theft services, C.L.E.A.R. (Complete Live Electronic Automated Recovery) assists clients in the prevention and protection from identity theft and, when necessary, the complete recovery from identity theft using a proprietary, industry-leading Identity Theft Restoration Process.

What is the C.L.E.A.R. difference?
For the victim going it alone, the identity restoration process can involve lots of legwork, lots of paperwork, and lots of time. It can take over 5800 hours to correct the damage from identity theft.

You will be assigned a C.L.E.A.R. Specialist who will gather all the necessary information from you pertaining to your identity theft.  At the click of a button, the C.L.E.A.R. Kit™ is then sent to you via secure overnight service for signatures and notarization.  Once the kit is returned via the provided return secure overnight envelope, C.L.E.A.R. does the rest.

More than any other service, the tenacity of the C.L.E.A.R. Specialists combined with the efficiency of C.L.E.A.R. provides assistance in the apprehension of the thief in one out of every 22 recoveries. In short, C.L.E.A.R. helps catch the crook!

What is Credit Monitor Assist?
On your behalf, we will order your federally mandated free credit reports from all three credit bureaus.  This service will allow you to review your reports, with the assistance of a C.L.E.A.R. Specialist, in order to identify any incorrect or potentially fraudulent information.

What Educational Tools are available?
The best, and only effective, method of identity theft prevention is education. You will have access to educational materials, informative monthly newsletters, the latest news and more.

What is the Crisis Preparation Kit?
Our Crisis Preparation Kit provides a vehicle for recording your non-public personal information (NPPI) as it pertains to your identifying documents.  Typically, members place this information in a lockbox, a safe, or in their attorney’s hands for safekeeping.

What is Document Replacement?
This service provides assistance in replacing personal documents that were lost, destroyed or stolen.
Additionally, we will assist in canceling your old personal documents (credit cards, licenses, etc), request new documents on your behalf, and provide you with our C.L.E.A.R. Identity Restoration Service in the event of identity fraud or theft.
